BoomPop has ~7,000 group travel vendors, yet users couldn't book directly within the platform. This forced users to juggle multiple platforms, disrupting workflow and losing conversions. I led the design of a new checkout flow from 0 -> 1., creating streamlined process of conversion and monetization.
